Dear Board members and friends,

I'm please to inform you that Mr. Greg Neiswander had won the AHS
Western Region Lichten Award Competition.  He did a superb presentation
in Tempe! Be sure sure to congradulate him for his win.

Wish him luck with his paper to the National!
